Event professionals today grapple with challenges such as ensuring cybersecurity for virtual events, adapting to evolving health guidelines, and maintaining participant engagement in digital settings.Over time, the shift towards technology-driven events, coupled with the need for flexibility in planning due to external factors like pandemics, have intensified these challenges.

– How has technology played a role in reshaping events post-pandemic, and what specific technologies have proven to be game-changers?

Technology has significantly reshaped events after the pandemic, with virtual and hybrid formats becoming more prevalent. Video conferencing platforms like Zoom and event management tools have been game-changers, enabling seamless online experiences. 

Additionally, innovations in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) have enhanced engagement, while event apps contribute to smoother coordination and communication.
